Yesterday I was lucky enough to check out the Jason Villegas exhibit at the Contemporary Arts Museum of Houston. Yesterday is the day I became a really big fan of his work.

Scumlife ‘Space Fiend Slasher Pit’

If need be insert your ‘pause’ or ‘No Homo’ here… but as far I’m concerned this has all gone too for any of that. My boy/ custom toy guru The Sucklord, has gathered over 40 artists to rip apart and rebuild his classic vinyl toy ‘The Sucklord 600′. These are all being shown FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4 2009. 6-9 PM at the APW GALLERY IN LONG ISLAND CITY, NYC (48-18 VAN DAM STREET, L.I.C.). I stopped by yesterday to drop off my piece and was really impressed by the pieces I saw. Come by, at the very least there is free beer!
